Your two installers Todd and Michael are both courteous and efficient. When moving from outside to inside they placed covers on their shoes to keep my floor and carpet clean. I would highly recommend Eqatern Panhandle Heating and Cooling. They put a heat pump in my home which is over 100 years old. They ran duct through out installed the unit and put vents in all areas. Great and fast customer service! I had to have my home hvac unit replaced in late July, the staff were quick to respond to my request and made the process simple. A few weeks later my church's hvac unit went out on Wednesday night, they were the first and only company we called! They had us up and fixed the next day! Thanks to them we were able to hold service that Sunday!

I must place a review recommending this company for your heating & AC. In fact, I strongly recommend the main contract. Mary is very professional, kind, and patient! I had to call her a few days in a row due to a very stubborn heating problem. Keith is also professional, kind, and honest. He came to the house to fix it and did but when I arrived home; the heat wasn't working. This happened twice but Mary and Keith did not give in to the stubborn unit. Keith even found a large birds nest that seemed to be the cause but it was not. So, Keith came a third time within a week and thank God the 3rd time was a charm! He figured out the true cause! Thank goodness too for the Maintenance Contract as all these service calls didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Keith and Mary even called me the next day to followup and ensure everything was good! You can't go wrong with this company and most importantly they will take care of your problem! Thank you Mary & Keith!

Mary and Jay were both amazing. They worked with me and my home warranty company extensively when our 20 year old heat pump went out this spring. The warranty company performed very slowly on every step of the way. Jay showed up on 3 different occasions to try and seal the leaks and fill the old beast up to get us through the summer, it was no use, the unit had multiple pin holes so he filled out and submitted the damaged beyond repair report. Every time I called he was there within a day and on the hottest months of 2018, June and July. Our home warranty company, not so quick. They dragged their feet for 6 weeks . They sent another company out 10 days later to "confirm the diagnosis" without telling me he was coming. Then for 4 weeks they argued with Mary to kick the can down the road. finally they expedited repair 2 times and lost their paperwork and documents. Eastern Panhandle was on top of it and jumped into action. On July 24th finally my new units arrived. By 9:30 on the 25th the installers were here with everything they needed to put us back on line, new digital thermostat and all. They were done by 3 pm. I highly recommend Eastern Panhandle HVAC. Great service, prompt and attentive to detail. They treat you better than most people treat their own Family members. Ten out of 5 stars. Sincerely Jason

The gentleman who came out to fix our heater was the most helpful gentleman ever! He was so kind and went above and beyond to help us - it was a simple fix, but he offered suggestions on ways to improve our AC, when to replace filters, and so much more. He was punctual and got his work done quickly and accurately. My husband and I will definitely be returning customers for our next heating/cooling issue (just hopefully it won't be for a while!).

We have a two unit system, our downstairs unit (the oldest) quit working and was only using the auxiliary heat, I set an appointment with EPHVAC, they showed up promptly, The tech Eric was awesome!, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part, and installed it, and got our system up and running and we couldn't be happier, they were fair with their pricing and Eric couldn't have been more thorough and conscientious
